Rob has over 30 years of international business, operations, sales management and marketing experience including selling radio, TV, newspaper, internet, magazine, direct mail  and social media formats, managing $30M in advertising client portfolios and has managed sales teams throughout the marketing communications channel. 

After graduating from Wake Forest University, he developed the Direct Marketing Division of Brentwood Music in Nashville. 

He spent 11 years at Salem Communications managing local station teams and billed over $10 Million in national advertising for their network operations. Rob developed new business relationships with dozens of Fortune 500, Christian and Conservative Action clients like: Geico, NBC, Joseph A Bank, Shoe Carnival, the IRS, Focus on the Family, American Values, The Tax Foundation, The History Channel, The Shane Company, Alaska Airlines, and Ameritrade. Many Madison Avenue agencies like Horizon Media, Optima Media, Cramer Krasselt and Rubin Postaer bought into Rob’s vision of giving new niche media options a chance to perform based on response and client results. 

He completed his MBA in International Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado in 2016 and launched his 21st business, www.herdofzebras.com, on a mission to solve the amateur sports referee shortage worldwide. 

Rob also runs: www.movedonsports.com dedicated to helping adults discover the beautiful game of soccer, and www.chocolateisrael.com helping Christians support Israeli businesses through importing amazing specialty foods.

Rob has completed 27 marathons, is an avid soccer fan, player and coach and enjoys skiing and climbing Colorado’s highest mountain peaks. He is a member of Revolution Church in Lone Tree, Colorado and the author of three books. 

As lead consultant for Rob Knows SMB, Rob onboards all clients and manages service implementation personally and through a trusted network of provider partners.
